The Team

Leah Williams (she/her) has a bachelor's in psychology and a master's in Human Relations with a concentration in diversity, equity, and social justice, with two certifications in diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is a REDI (racial equity, diversity, inclusion) consultant who works with various nonprofit and for-profit organizations to help them assess knowledge gaps in systems, analyze frameworks, identify growth opportunities, and develop goals, objectives, and strategies for change. She identifies as a thought partner and solutions provider. Through the lens of racial and social justice, anchored in authentic connections, Leah evaluates and align systems that should be designed to support the people that are the pulse of a community or organization. Leah works with human beings with the intersects of parents, professionals, leadership, and community members. She is  known to lead with a compassionate vision and sees herself as a bridge committed to breaking down barriers and building up communities.
